עדכון לקוחות וקבלת אישורים לפי צורך, בקרת איכות על התיקון. בקרה ואחריות על הכנת הרכב למסירה.

ביצוע תשאול מקצועי ושירותי מול הלקוח, כולל בדיקה היקפית

ייעוץ ללקוחות בנוגע לטיפולים/תיקונים מומלצים

עבודה שוטפת מול מנהל העבודה במרכז השירות

תזמון הזמנת אביזרים/חלפים לטיפול בהתאם לצורך

ביצוע נסיעות מבחן

ביצוע בקרת איכות לאחר סיום העבודה על הכלי לפני מסירתו ללקוח

התמודדות עם לקוחות, ביצוע מעקב לשימור

עבודה מול ממשקים פנימיים וחיצוניים

דרישות:

רישיון A/A1 – חובה!
